Established in the year 2000 as a HR consultancy. AADC has been incorporated in the Middle East, Headquartered in the UAE since that time, and has grown into a specialist HR consultancy offering bi-lingual HR services.

We are the Middle East Agency of “Psytech International, ” based in the UK, a multi-national who are one of the world leaders in the research, development and distribution of Psychometric Assessment Instruments.

We have offices both in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, are a HR consultancy delivering practical HR solutions based on extensive international and local experience.

Mohamed has over 15 years of experience in Talent Management and Strategic HR interventions. He specializes in designing and delivering leadership development assessment processes and 360-degree feedback programs across various sectors. Mohamed holds certifications from the British Psychological Society and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and has led numerous projects for government and private organizations.

Saad Al-Saddiki

With over 20 years of experience, Saad is a Certified HR Assessor and Trainer specializing in designing and delivering leadership development and assessment processes. He holds certifications from the British Psychological Society and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). He has led large-scale projects across government and private sectors, including high-potential identification and psychometric-based assessments. Saad has also been a lead trainer in various workshops and development programs.

James Ide

James is a Senior Partner with over 20 years of experience in Talent Management and Strategic HR initiatives. He has led large HR projects, including the design of competency frameworks and leadership assessment methods. James has extensive experience in delivering training, psychometric assessment, and 360-degree feedback programs across sectors, including international oil, gas, and telecom organizations.
